Made an appointment for a quote on my basement, came out to inspect and never heard from them again..I even called afterwards and was told I would hear back. Never did.

I had been playing a dangerous game of “how long can this ancient water heater hang on?” for way too long. Honestly, it was almost old enough to remember Y2K. I knew it was only a matter of time before it gave up the ghost—and sure enough, it finally croaked late last night, right when I needed a hot shower the most. We had both a water service line replacement and a sewer line repair done by Greg Hannah Plumbing and were very satisfied with both jobs. They accommodated us within a reasonable time at a fair price with the least amount of disruption to our property. The service people were friendly, competent and hard working and communicated well with us about the various steps of the projects.
