Made an appointment for a quote on my basement, came out to inspect and never heard from them again..I even called afterwards and was told I would hear back. Never did.

I had been playing a dangerous game of “how long can this ancient water heater hang on?” for way too long. Honestly, it was almost old enough to remember Y2K. I knew it was only a matter of time before it gave up the ghost—and sure enough, it finally croaked late last night, right when I needed a hot shower the most. We had both a water service line replacement and a sewer line repair done by Greg Hannah Plumbing and were very satisfied with both jobs. They accommodated us within a reasonable time at a fair price with the least amount of disruption to our property. The service people were friendly, competent and hard working and communicated well with us about the various steps of the projects. This company will rob you if you are not knowledgeable. I called for a clog from the bathroom to the pit in the laundry room (about 4 feet). They tried telling me I need a new pump for about $1200. I told them the pump was just replaced and has a warranty. They then switched and said I need the line rodded for $450 and they would have to pull the toilet. I told them another plumber said you can go from the pit so you don't have to pull the toilet. They said it would save money doing it that way. They did it that way, took ab... read more
