The best dentist. I’ve been to a lot of them, this one is a winner.
I would give 5 stars to my dental hygienist, unfortunately anytime that I had to deal with the dentist he was very unprofessional. He was always making sexual jokes towards me. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I had him replace 2 crowns (he then replaced 3 without my permission) they all have to be re-done and I now have to have 2 root canals. When I called the office to complain about the work, I was given an appointment over 2 weeks later. I sat in the chair for 2 hours while I was subjected to grinding on my crowns (tr... read more
Dr. Grady and his staff has been absolutely wonderful so far. He is patient, thorough, and so very kind. Bonus is that he's pretty funny too. I'm looking forward to working with him.
I am very happy that I have chosen this dental practice. Dr Grady is always kind and knowledgeable about everything from bone structure to my medications. Jenna the hygienist is always thorough, friendly, and gentle. Dawn the office manager is always helpful and organized. They answer all my questions and I feel valued and appreciated. Also, I am disabled and I have been taking my walker to my appointments. The staff are always patient with me and happy to help me navigate around the office! Five star service for sure!!!
