The lady answering the phone does not have any knowledge. She's actually rude. Takes all your information gets most of it wrong when she repeats it back and then no one ever calls you if you're looking for insurance do not use this company.
So horrible the girl that answers the phone has horrible customer service skills and they never call you back. Do not use this service. They are absolutely horrible.
