Came out quickly! Been having Greg repair our appliances for many years! He's the only one we trust.
Greg was so helpful. Came during the window they gave me and knew what they were doing. They are the best appliance repair store in town!
Had an appointment window for them to look at our refrigerator between 8am and 12. Sat at the house all morning waiting and then got an email at 11:22 stating the appointment was canceled. Wasn't given a reason, wasn't called to request a reschedule, nothing. My husband and I spent a week leaving voice-mails requesting a callback to reschedule and couldn't even get a call back. We had to finally call whirlpool directly to file a report and have a different and more reliable technician come look at our appliance.
