I waited a long time to get to see Dr. Fliney because of a glitch between the check-in desk and the actual doctor. But all turned out fine eventually. Dr. Fliney is great as is his staff.
This might have been an isolated experience and hopefully future appointments will go smoothly. I have been seeing this doctor at a location much closer to home. But, they closed it and I had to travel about double the distance. The appointment started out good as I was taken to an exam room immediately and was seen by a very professional and attentive assistant. But then, I waited over an hour for the doctor. That is inexcusable in my opinion. We will see how the next one goes.
Very approachable, friendly professional who is very kind and very knowledgeable in his field. His explanations are exceptionally thorough and easy to understand. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with him and asking questions. He made sure he had answered all my questions. I will be referring patience to him who need a fantastic ophthalmologist.
