I never leave reviews (especially negative reviews), but I feel as though I need to share a recent experience I unfortunately had with Nancy, the individual who schedules appointments. I had to reschedule two weeks before my appointment due to a last minute work trip. Two days before my newly scheduled appointment, my brother passed away. Despite the chaos going on, I made a call to the office to ask for a reschedule due to the emergency.
