Overall, my experience was very good until checkout. When I was told my visit was complete and that I could leave, I asked about the expected turnaround time for my lab/test results. The staff member simply responded that she did not know. There was no attempt to determine which tests had been ordered, check with the medical assistant or provider, or offer reassurance by finding someone who could answer my question.
