Greg is very rude not willing to help wintbrecomend to anybody
Greg did my triplex appraisal almost five years ago for my refinancing purpose. He was on time and professional, and I did not find him rude even though I had difficult tenants. I would recommend him.
Greg Davis was there when he said he would be. Very professional yet responsive to your views and questions. He's there to do a job and does it well, telling you what may be wrong, if any, and or how to approach a problem to fix it. I would use him again without hesitation.
If you need an appraisal stay far away from Greg Davis. He has absolutely no clue what he is doing. If you are refinancing your home, make sure to ask what appraiser will be doing the appraisal and if he is the appraiser, CANCEL immediately. Trust me this guy should not be in business, he’s a crook!
