Cuts lots of corners.if you buy a home from this boy make sure you go over it with a outside inspector with a fine tooth comb.
Greg Brown and his team are the absolute best. My wife and I purchased a home from Greg and we have been nothing but pleased. Quality home, updated everything, and just spectacular. Thanks Greg and all your hard work making this a dream come true for us.
Been in 5+ of his houses having to fix electrical issues that were installed by his contractor of choice, so clearly he doesn’t have the wrangle on his subcontractors that’s his clients thinks he does. Several of these fixes could have cause electrical fires. I’m not sure if he’s to blame of the city inspectors for letting us slide since it’s a Greg Brown home. Which anyway you wanna slice that, it’s corruption. Charging people high prices for quality when the house he’s putting together is far from it. I only know of the el... read more
