Great Shop Great shop - going to them for 20+years. They repair the problem the first time!! I have never had with G&B's the too common experience of a repair shop "diagnosing" a problem by replacing a part until the problem is corrected -- Gregg, Scott and their team are Car Doctors and make an accurate diagnosis before correcting the problem!! Gregg is a stickler for doing the right thing the right way and Scott knows how to do it!! You can't go wrong using this shop!!
Superior Quality I firmly disagree with any negative review that Greg and Bill's may get. Over the years, I have used other Medford Auto Body shops so I have something to compare to. However, even if I didn't, the work that Greg and Bill's did on two separate occasions was superior. The work made my car appear like "nothing had ever happened." They may cost slightly more than the "competition" but it is worth it when the work is completed timely, properly and with the utmost professionalism in customer service.
greg and bills auto collision first , my wife had a accident , i so disagree with the negative reviews , greg and bills made the car look newer then new . amazing work. the owner greg is professional , kind and helpful . the other negative reviews i suspect some from competitor's . Bumper repair I own a Nissan Rogue, and had someone hit my rear passenger bumper & run. I didn't want it going through insurance, as we figured the rise in rates (regardless of the fact that it was not my fault) would not be worth it. I went to Greg & Bills at the recommendation of one of my fellow homeowners. "Gill" helped me, and was very courteous and honest. Don't bother Greg and Bill is one of the local body shops. Their work is expensive, and honestly not very good. I really feel like they tried to rip me off because I'm a woman. The work was second class, at best, and not only that but the guys working their weren't very nice to me. I hate it when the guys working on the shop talk down to me. I wouldn't recommend them, there are much better shops around they do much better work. Avoid them.
Autobody shop I had my car repaired at this shop at the insistance of my auto insurance company (big mistake!). My first problem was that I had to wait 2 weeks before I could even bring my car in for repair (it was not able to be driven). Then it took 3 weeks for them to actually fix it. Greg and Bill's My husband had his car repaired after an automobile accident. Within a couple months time the paint was peeling. I found their work to be mediocre at best. I would not recommend them at all.
