We’ve been with this insurance company a couple years now and their customer service is amazing. I usually get April on the phone to help and she makes sure to take down everything I need in a professional manner, and is always so helpful. We have several plans with them and every time Brad the owner calls back right away with quotes or any questions we have. I don’t think that man sleeps for how quick he is with everything. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed with the customer service of this office. It appears that they are not very knowledgeable about the policies that they sell. Any questions that we had required them to make a phone call saying that they would call us back, we would need to reach out them again to see if they had any answers for us. We ended up canceling all policies and moving on. We have been waiting for our refund checks for 6 weeks and they just keep giving us the run around. I do not recommend doing business with this office.
Honest, reliable, and local! We feel safe knowing the staff is watching over our policies. They call and text to ensure effective communication and that is something I appreciate with a hectic life!
