Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is unprofessional, frequently talks over patients, and pushes their own agenda even when it’s clearly not in the patient’s best interest. I’ve been coming here for three years, and in just the past month, the quality of care has drastically declined. Everything thing was great.
The staff and medical team are wonderful to work with. They are working hard to improve the phone service experience to being better so we have the same experience when calling. You can go online or in person for best results. Definitely a medical team that puts the patients first.
First visit w Dr Greg Allen, and nurse Mickella (sp?). Being a senior, I was treated w genuine personal interest, and respect. It was a most delightful experience. Front receptionist very efficient supplying necessary info, and scheduling new appts. I'm thankful for the kind treatment all around.
