I filed a homeowners insurance claim for roof damage from hail. I encountered delayed and non-responsive assistance from the Claims Division. Fortunately an employee (Kimberly Humphrey) at my SF agent's office (Greg Aldridge), got involved and served to run interference for me with the Claims Division. She repeatedly followed up promptly and assisted in getting the actions and resolution needed. Kimberly's assistance is exemplary of all the contacts I have made over the years with my agent's office.
Greg was very thorough and we appreciated the walk-through and review of our current policies.
