I rang today to get a price on a clutch replacement for my Hilux after being recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the lady answering the phone was very disappointing and will be the undoing of this business if not addressed. Even after I confirmed I was happy to wait until mid-November, I was still refused a price to repair my car. It’s a shame, as I would have booked the job in without hesitation.
