I have tried to get an appointment several times and I am turned down by all appointments have gone. I raised a complaint regading how I was dealt when seen by a doctor a few months back and was told the PM would could me back but still have not heard anything. I will be changing to different surgery as this surgery lacks communication, compassion and care. If I could give a 0 I would.
