I recently attended a pelvic ultrasound appointment and was thoroughly impressed by the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception team, and the waiting time was exceptionally short. I was seen by Shariya, who was incredibly empathetic. The doctors at this surgery are decent, but getting an appointment is almost impossible. The system feels stuck in the stone ages, relying entirely on the telephone. You can spend 20–25 minutes just trying to get through, often not even placed in a queue because the lines are full, meaning you have to keep calling back repeatedly. Worlds rubbish and worst centre ever. Reception staff are useless talk a whole load of crap. When u dying in pain they never pick up or giv appointment. They act like its theirs dads house. We are patients and pay for our shit. They need to have pay deducted for not doing their job. I want to sue these useless ladies taking advantage of us patients.
