They were out very quickly and got the job done.
While the technician was incredibly nice, I have a mini split that was not cooling. I called Greers to come look at it. They inspect the system and agreed that it was odd to be empty of refrigerant. That first call was over 300 dollars. A week later I’m having the same issue, this time a leak was found that was not found on the first visit and I was charged again for something missed on the first call or left with a cheaper 400+ dollar fix or nearly 5k to replace install a new unit.
