I just contacted Greer Labs as they sent my pets immunotherapy without refrigeration and the box states refrigeration required. I wanted to ensure it was safe and they refused to answer my question and told me to go to my vet. My vet already contacted them due to same concern. They told them it was ok. I told them I wanted to talk to someone who could confirm safety. They refused. They said due to similar concept of HIPPA they could not talk to me.
