Extreme rip-off! They spent less than 15 minutes unjamming a garbage disposal and replacing an air gap. Charged $328 for it. Even if they spend 5 minutes in your house, they still charge you $325. They are entitled to do it, but they should have let me know in advance. Never using them again.
Edgar was completely professional, on time, explained all and fixed. He was wonderful and I appreciate the great service!!!
Love Greer Family Plumbing. They were very responsive. Had a clogged and leaking kitchen pipe. Terry was on time, very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what to look for and to fix. He had to knock out a hole to get to the pipe (pipes were over 30 years), but he was very neat and clean about it. Now I have the security of having new pipes and excellent drainage for the sink.
Their office was super responsive, and their team was able to come by later the same day to inspect and provide a quote for a suspected gas leak at my fireplace. The next week, they came out, replaced the entire branch of gas line, and install new shutoffs, and even a new tee for a fire pit that I had just ordered.
