Person aged with difficulty communication went and seen Andrew he was not interested so dismissed did not do full scan on eyes to see if issues spec savers do this as all people important Andrew could not care less Do not recommend him in any way So sad he doesn’t care for People who have been loyal to him and keep coming back You need to rethink your customer service Andrew 20years of loyalty worth nothing
It was a pleasure to have my eyes tested by Andrew as he states the facts then gives you advice, then choices and will call a spade a spade. Viv and Mia are are lovely and all 3 are non judgmental, professional and fun . For my eyes and glasses I won't go to another optometrist
