I called for simple questions, and customer service was just awful and useless.
Horrible customer service! Second story staircase window cracked after only 10 months. It’s been 4 weeks with no response from customer service. Now they want to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come out “to measure the window”. You installed it!! How do you not know the size? It’s new construction. A cookie cutter home. They are also saying warranty is voided because I had a window peel and stick tint installed because their horrible windows MELTED our $25,000 turf less than 1 week after our turf was installed.
