Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the window washer that can see gas leaking out leaving marks, that actually made me laugh (you can't see gas and you would have fogged or water condensation inside if the gas leaked out). I have used Green World Windows exclusively for many many years on many projects and they are great windows at a great price. We are the original owners of our home which we purchased in February of 2015. Although I had noticed what looked like dirt on some of our windows I did not realize this was actually leaking gas. When my window washer was here in May he explained this to me. When I contacted the company I was told that since the warranty was 10years and we were three months past that these issues would not be covered. This frankly seems unreasonable. I would definitely not recommend this company or its products.

I would give 0 start review if that was possible. The front office is terrible at communicating with customers. You're lucky if you have their crew show up on time if at all. If you are having warranty repair done, best of luck to you. They will claim to have gone to your house and then tell you that you didn't answer the door. Then call you and charge you $150 to reschedule a missed appointment. These people are the worst at customer service.
