This Company is horrible in regards to customer service and when problems occur. I suggest using other companies like Value Windows or Greencoast Windows. They will and do not value any customers. You will be a number to them and once you paid, don't count on them helping you in any way. This company has been my worst experience as a Contractor so just imagine how they will treat the public....

Awful place!! I bought a home from KB 5 years ago and the company was contracted to provide and install the windows. The vinyl in the frame is cracked and the window does not stay opened. I called about warranty options and was told it was not covered. Only glass was covered. How is the frame of a window not covered? Ridiculous. Do not purchase from them!! Additionally, I had to call and email a total of 7 times before I got through to someone.

EXCELLENT to work with. Beautiful windows and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Scheduling was easy, installers were on time, did a great job, and were very quick. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. All around great experience and would definitely use GreenWorld for all your window needs!

GreenWorld installed all new windows in our recently remodeled home, we are so pleased with the product and the outcome. The windows themselves are well constructed and the frame and glass are very nice. The office staff and the scheduling department were both so prompt if I had questions or concerns. The installation team was on time, professional, and respectful. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend!
