I contacted Greenworks and explained that I was having my daughter‘s floors Cleaned for the first time since I purchased the home and there was obvious urine stains as a previous owners had dogs. I was assured those stains would be removed after they left. I was able to inspect their work and all of these pictures are from the very first area that they cleaned. My carpets and sofa are so clean now and the guys were very professional and pleasant to deal with.
The phone-quoted price was firm and lower than the estimate of a competitor that would not give a firm price until arriving to do the work. Greenworks's three-person team arrived on time and cleaned my carpets quickly and thoroughly. They were unable to remove gray discoloration in high-traffic areas of my off-white carpet, but nobody else has been able to do that, either.
Greenworks did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite, and Speedy. I'll call them again next year
