Greenwood Dental is efficient, direct bill if your Treaty and they are consistent in following up with you for cleanings. Very friendly staff and dentists/doctors, and they can shuttle you to and from your home if you need transportation; or if you do not want the hassle of parking.

This place is great, the reception is very patient and nice. my shuttle driver buddy was great. Dr Singh the oral surgeon was great at extractions, no pain.

I got a cleaning with Sam and he was really good :) very attentive, gentle, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, same with the dentist. The overall experience at the dental office was great, and I would definitely recommend them.

Appointment was arranged for 3pm and we have been waiting till it is 4pm. I don't think this is fair. If it is 10 or 15 minutes, it's OK. This has to be addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at Greenwood Dental Clinic. Before agreeing to take X-rays during my visit, I specifically asked whether they would be covered by my insurance. I was clearly told that they would be covered, so I agreed to proceed. However, after the appointment, I was informed at the front desk that only part of the X-rays were covered and I had to pay the remaining balance out of pocket. If I had been told beforehand that there could be any out-of-pocket cost, I would not have agreed to the procedure. ... read more
