One of my wife’s wisdom teeth got infected and needs to be removed and I called on a Saturday morning and got in for an appointment within the hour. when I was there for my appointment I barely had to wait in the waiting room got X-rays done right away and within 10 minutes the doctor was in the room giving me freezing. Every staff member was so polite and friendly. Highly recommend !!!!
I'm disappointed with my recent experience at this dental (246 portage ave ) office. I provided all the necessary details about my insurance a day before my appointment, but no one informed me that my insurance was inactive. It wasn't until after the appointment that i was told I'd be responsible for the full payment. This lack of communication could have been avoided with a simple check or a call in advance. I expected better transparency and customer service.
Totally recommend 👌 staff is nice and kind, they make sure your taken care of. I love it there. 💯 don't have to wait either, they're fast and staff are very kind and thoughtful. Found my new dental place to go too. Not going anywhere else again. A big shout out to them 👏

I had the pleasure of having Sam take care of my teeth, and I can’t say enough good things about him! From the moment I walked in, he was so kind, welcoming, and just genuinely positive - it instantly put me at ease. He was super attentive, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and you could tell he really cares about his work.
