Staff are always very welcoming and accommodating (my dog bites) Vets are professional, explains diagnosis, solutions and alternatives. Very kind, respectful and sensitive when the worst decision has to be made.
Our Guinea pig has always had allergy type systems. We noticed though that his normal sneezes had become heavy breathing. Although not super worried because he was eating and drinking, my wife and I noticed his energy levels were low. We set out to a local vet who tried to take advantage of us, and hung up the phone to find a better place. Although an hour away, Greenwood was the best choice we could have made.
