Just had new tyres put on at short notice by the lads. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was already running on hand, but recommended an equivalent tyre which is rated for heavier use, they were actually cheaper, and the tread looks great! Super friendly, and very professional.
While customer service was friendly and well informed, unfortunately lies were told about redeeming a promotion, and instructions not followed. A promotion that should have been applied was not, and when questioned was told that I booked it outside of the promo period, which was a lie. It was then told that the price had gone up, which isn't my problem when I was quoted and booked the previous week.
