I wouldn't waste my time or money here. I asked for a refund and the owner basically said it's a maintenance wash. You wash your car at home first and then bring it here.. what a joke.
This place is pathetic !!! I went through thus morning just before 9am yet my receipt said 5:05pm. I bought the silver wash (middle of the road). Couldn't believe there wasn't a presoak, like most car washes have that loosens and softens any dried on dirt etc. I thought when the water started with a tiny bit of soap (no lather) that it was the presoak; however, after it rinced. Disappointing… soap on soap off…blow dry. Dirt still remains… that’s the Platinum Wash…🤷
