I've been a tenant since September 2022 and of those 2 years, the security gate has been broken for about 18 months. I've called numerous times to report the broken gate as well as report squatters who had been living there in their car and have gotten zero replies back. I have given this facility the benefit of doubt but I am now forced to upload pictures of the property in hopes of someone contacting me for my issue(s). Wish I could give them negative rating the company changed without saying anything so I lost my vehicle because I was on autopay and didn't realize they weren't taking money out the main reason for autopay cuz u forget.then when I finally get a call about it they had waited several months and add all fees with they did wave but still didn't allow me to do partial payments till I got caught up so I lost my suv because they couldn't contact customers and give them information about the change of ownership.

They have been taking money out of my account without my permission three months in a row. They waited until it was late before they would withdraw it. I moved all my stuff out last month and the still charged my card for storage and a late fee and I don't have any thing there
