Booked car in to get my suspension fixed. Took a month to get the quote back then after giving the ok to do the work he still hadn't ordered the parts 2weeks later. Fast forward 3months after first booking the car in, find out he won't be opening until April due to other commitments.. if I could give no stars I would.. a simple phone call or text to let me know he wouldn't/couldn't do the work is all I needed so I could of booked in with a different mechanic.
Rob is one of those rare great old school mechanics. Genuine man, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable too! Warned us about the big service coming up (less than a regular service at those bigger mechanic places...).
