This place was home for 4 years, and I have nothing but great memories.
Seems like a really nice property. The staff were great and very personable. It was nice that they lived here as well and loved it. Neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly. Nice units.
I was disappointed with how fees were handled during the application process. The 20-page application document I signed before applying mentions administrative fees halfway through, but it never discloses the actual amount. The $175 administrative fee only appeared later in the “Offer to Rent” after my application was already approved, which felt unclear and unexpected.
