Administration staff are extremely understanding and show a great deal of kindness and compassion towards all medical appointment needs. Trying to even squeeze you in for appointment on last minute request. Sometimes a bit of a wait does tend to happen. They are always extremely apologetic and explain reasons for scheduling delays. Doctor is extremely professional, understanding and takes my medical questions and concerns seriously.
Very busy and seldom can see patients on short notice, but doctors are great.
