Dr. Cervantes is a conscientious, caring Dr and devoted to his craft. Under the efficient eye of Roxanne, appointments typically run on time. I hope he doesn’t give up on the Alberta healthcare.”system” anytime soon!
Dr. Cervantes let my whole family down when he chose not to help. We needed him to help navigate a terrible situation with my Mother, and he let us down. Shame on you Dr. Cervantes. I am saddened that you could not/ would not take the time or care enough. I would prefer to give you a zero star review.
