Conditions there are deplorable. My mother was neglected terribly. The staff was rude and clearly had very little concern.
Not sure who the nurse or aid was yesterday but she was very rude to my relatives roommate. She didn't seem to care that there were people in the room. She spoke to her like she was to good to take her to the dining room. She definitely should not be working here if she can't respect her elders. It was disgraceful, she is lucky she got out B4 I could grab a hold of her. Just terrible they hire people like this with all here tattoos and attitudes to care for our seniors. I better never see her again!!!!
This was the absolute best experience I've had with my third knee surgery. The nursing staff were very nice and even helped me with my meals. I'm a picky eater and they went the extra mile to make sure I was fed. In a word Wonderful. My thanks for your 😘💅.
