This is my happy place. The staff are courteous and kind and helpful. The reservoir is beautiful and clean with birds and ducks, little coves and the underwater forest with bird houses on the remains trunks above water.
It used to be pristine until it was compromised 2023 or so and the clear blue water turned murky green, in other words has algae bloom that is dangerous for bathing in case you fall in. It s just not the same anymore, sadly so.
Very helpful supportive staff. Paid 25$ rent for 1 hour kayak usage. Nice clean area. Beautiful views. Fishing is allowed.
