Dr. Greenwood's office hours are published online as Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10am to 2pm, which is ridiculously difficult for anyone who works weekdays. Additionally, they are difficult to reach by phone. They do not have an email address. I was a patient for for over five years until doctor Greenwood decided to scream at me in his office right in front of myself, wife and his stall. You would be much better off seeing any other doctor. This man is extremely unprofessional. An absolute disgrace as a doctor.
Very thorough Dr. Takes notes throughout your initial interview.. Very calm manner which works well with someone as nervous as I am. Secretary is very accommodating and sweet.
The doctor is great but the lady he has at the front desk can be very rude at times and is refusing to let me be seen even tho I ran out of my medication her name is joy... I have epiilepsy and they refuse to give me and appointment because I supposedly missed an appointment time I never agreed on.
I am clearly coming to see a doctor because I have a problem. Part of this problem is forgetfulness. I had an 11:30 appointment and was late. I was met OUTSIDE by a receptionist told I wouldn't be seen and couldn't reschedule again... good luck to me. HOW HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING FOR A DOCTOR WHO TAKES A VOW TO HELP PEOPLE TO TREAT SOMEONE THAT WAY!!!!! I am very distressed and will be looking to see if there is anything I can do about this lack of professional treatment.
I was given a date & time which I wrote down in my daily planner. 5 days before my appt his receptionist call & told me I missed my appt. I explained I was told a different date & there was an honest mistake made by one the parties. I was told that "No Dr Greenwood does not make any acceptions for no shows". The woman was very snarky & had called me back 3 time to make sure she got me to say you can never be seen here!! A very cold & rigid policy for any MD to have especially a neurologist!!
