Staff is nice but very slow to respond to patient needs, it's not uncommon to wait thirty to forty-five minutes to get help, especially around mealtimes.rooms are small and all double occupancy, residents are allowed to have tvs turned up entirely too loud at all hours making quality rest difficult when you can hear wrestling trying to drown out big bang theory trying to drown out bonanza from several rooms away thru closed doors.its honestly amazing more people don't die there than doim reasonably certain the kitchen believ... read more
Staff IS WONDERFUL and helpful offering resources, information etc. My loved one is a resident in the memory care unit of this facility and I cannot express how helpful, caring & attentive the staff is to ALL the patients in the unit. I visit at least 4 - 5 days a week, different days & times and have NEVER witnessed anything less than sincere care from the staff. Linda, Kristen, Kasey, Kim & Barbie are 110% our loved ones favorites but personally I think they're all great and appreciate the entire staff that care for him. T... read more
9/19/21 - Addtl. Info: My father passed away on 9/19/21 due to the neglectful care he received at this facility. His death certificate only stated "complications of diabetes." 2/5/21 - Does anyone know a good attorney? In the latest round of neglectful events, today, he was sent to dialysis dehydrated and in soiled pants. NEGLECT!!! What does Director Dave not understand about this? HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!. Place has roaches and bedbugs. I have reported them as well, and I still don’t think anything is going to be done about it. They as well have an ant problem , so much that I have seen them crawl on residents arms, legs and face, and even in my dad’s mouth. There also are never any sheets on the bed. YOU have to buy your own bed pads for your family because they don’t have any!!! Ones I have bought have gone missing. They are also understaffed I can never get any help especially when my dad needs change ... read more
Very unsanitary, full of bugs and staff doesn’t wash their hands . I would hate to leave a loved one here in this environment.
