Would give zero stars if allowed, staff slow to respond to call button, in many cases because their too busy ordering and eating DoorDash or on their phones, patients in rehab with new trachs are forced to be in double occupancy rooms which greatly increases their chances of getting ill (“let’s stick somebody with a hole in their throat in a room with a sick person, that really makes sense”). I have had amazing experiences in this facility. There are many staff members who care deeply for the residents within the facility and go out of their way to ensure that residents are happy and feel loved.

Staff were amazing and very attentive to my needs. So many helpful people. Food needs some improvement, but they were quick to get me something different to eat if I didn't like it.

My grandfather Thomas Lahey was there 7 years ago. The reason is that his wife was healing from a femur injury that was sustained from falling down a flight of stairs. In the meantime, my grandfather had cancer and dementia. He was not properly taken care of because the staff’s negligence of care and he was drowned in this facility. I would like to hold this facility accountable for the wrongdoing they did to my grandfather. This place needs to be shut down and the staff members need to do time in prison for this.
