The staff is very kind and professional. The facility is always so clean. My only concern would be I have been a patient for some time now. Recently I’m disappointed that the last 3 dental cleanings I’ve had have been a different Dr. I cannot seem to establish a relationship with a Dr. because they end up leaving. I have had a lot of dental work in my past so it is hard when I don’t have the Dr. and patient trust.
Excellent experience from check in to check out. The front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. The office is always spotless and has the latest high tech equipment. I saw a new hygienist Sara R for my cleaning and she was fabulous. The most gentle cleaning I have ever had and they never felt so clean. She was a pleasure to talk to throughout my appointment and the dentist that did my exam Dr Lu, was very sweet. You can tell she has many years of experience. I can't wait to come back for my next check up :)
