I wanted to share this respectfully, as I’ve had positive experiences with this office in the past and have appreciated Dr. Greenwood’s attention to detail during prior visits. During my most recent appointment, however, an older filling dislodged during a routine cleaning, leaving my nerve exposed. When I raised my concern, the response felt rushed, and I was advised to schedule another appointment rather than receive same-day attention — even though the area was clearly exposed. Greenwood Dental is great! Very patient and knowledgeable. The doctor and his entire staff were very helpful. Part two: Once again Greenwood Dental showed how great they are. I called at 11:00am with an aching tooth and they had me come later that same day at 1:30. Dr Greenwood spent a lot of time diagnosing my problem even though I had an "emergency" appointment.
