I regretfully share my experience with Greenwood Cycles, which has been frustrating and disappointing. I entrusted them with my bike for what was supposed to be a simple service that, according to the initial estimates, should have taken no longer than a month. Instead, they kept my bike for over a year—an unacceptable delay for any service, especially when I only called three times during that long wait. Very good I've been a couple times and got what I needed for a good price.
Needed assistance with a tire change, not on a cycle but a mini van. They were right there to help. Knowing we were in a bind, I just needed lug nuts broke loose, they did the tire change and no cost. Thank you Greenwood Cycle. Proof that there are good people still around.
