You will never find a better title company than Greenwood Title! This company, with Larry French in the lead, has handled my business in Eureka for 16 years! Mr. French has an amazing knowledge of economics which he has exhibited over the years, gathering information, adjusting terms, and treating everyone fairly. One could not ask for more! I have been in the business since 1969 and find Mr. French and the firm of Greenwood County Title, to be at the pinnacle of their field.
I worked with Kirk to get a new deed for a commercial building I own through my LLC. He was unbelievably helpful, courteous, proficient and professional. It's hard to find people like him anymore so it was quite refreshing to work with him!
