Very deceiving. The outside is beautiful and once you come in, you're greeted with a stench of sweat and mildew. The carpets in the hallways are stained and my apartment unit is disgustingly old. The more that i observe the environment is more I become disappointed from the lack of time and effort the landlord took to make it look decently appealing. Not worth 1950$ a month
Went to visit a friend in building 7 the smell in the hallway is enough to make you vomit.
This place should be a 55 and up. It’s too many damn rules here not much for kids. Kids can’t beat themselves cause the maintenance guy is always grumpy and yelling. Your place is like a boot camp. You can’t do shit here too many stupid rules and they don’t fix nothing here. I’ve been here three years. My buzzer doesn’t work maintenance. Said I had to get my LANDLORD, but it has nothing to do with my landlord because none of the buzzers in the building work. They nitpick for everything it’s ridiculous.
