They seem like a small mom-and-pop place with a disorganized front office. At first, their estimator was too busy to speak with me. When he finally showed up, he seemed preoccupied with something else. When I asked about an estimate for repair and pain, he insisted on seeing the car in person. When I asked about replacing the part entirely and painting it, he threw out a random figure of $5,000 to $6,000, clearly trying to discourage me from moving forward. His reasoning? I got a estimate for a paint in the bumper, and the final is very reasonable, good customer service. Went have my car back, it was like nothing happened. Very satifaced with their job. As bonus the clean my car!!!
A friend recommended and we were exceptionally pleased. The estimate was very reasonable and then they told us they saved us another 25% when we picked it up. I had an unusually busy travel schedule at the time and they kindly accommodated it. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
