service department ignores customers very slow does not have paperwork done how's your vehicle for 6 days can not find what the problem is but still charges you for working on your car I have a low jack in my car and can prove my car was driven over an hour away from their shop my new battery was switched out of my car very displeased with this company do not trust they have no respect for their customers and treat them awful

The people I talked to were nice. Charged $150 to look at my car. Gave me a quote for $1300 to fix one part in my car. I went to my normal mechanic and they quoted me less than $500. It looks like to me you guys are trying to scam people. I also watched 5 employees playing on their cell phones while I was sitting there for an hour. Was that quote for half of your employees to be sitting around and getting paid?
