The girls here are fantastic. They are great with our cats.
The ladies in there are usually very sweet, to my dog, but need some filing lessons. Notes go a long way, ladies! From day one, we've been having issues with my dog's file. I was charged a no show fee when I called 2 days prior to cancel, and they told me they had no notes on me calling. I had to show them my call history to get them to drop the charge.
