I love this practice. Friendly, comforting atmosphere. Thorough care and compassion.
Randomly found the medical centre (it was closest to my place) and thought that Dr Therese Wales seems very friendly and professional, booked the appointment with her and was beyond my thought. Also went to take the X-ray and in the centre met few random people all of them said ''i'm so lucky to have her as my GP as she is the best in the town''. Even the lady told me she lives in Mosman and still stick to her. Thanks Dr. Therese for your amazing service and expertise.
Asked for a vaccination for flu. Got a telehealth doctor. Obviously a waste of time. He still charged me and said ring reception. I did a booked flu and pneumo vaccinations. Got them and was charged $90 consultation fee. I did not get my Medicare refund either despite calling back. The same surgery I have been going to for 12 years. The 2 doctors I saw were both new. All I can say is they know how to charge. Previously my vaccinations at this surgery were bulk billed. Not any more!! Also I did not have problems with Medicare... read more
