I called this company to request a quote and they added my information on homeadvisor.com without my consent (my name, address and phone number) and I received numerous unsolicited calls because of it. Don’t trust them.
Five stars to Greenwich Village Carpet Clean Same Day! These guys picked up my rug and cleaned it beautifully, including the remaining cleaning solution mixture spotting and returned it in a week. It was worth the wait to have my mistake resolved and our rug saved.

Our carpet became a disaster. Stains, black spots, dog smell and dog food crumbs stuck in it. Jack was the guy sent by Greenwich Village Carpet Clean Same Day to clean it. We were a bit sceptic. But Jack said it can be cleaned. He worked very hard and did an amazing job. It was hard to recognize the carpet when Jack was done. It was just beautiful as in its early days. Great work.
