I was disappointed with the air conditioning repair service's overall performance and felt they didn't value customer satisfaction.
Disappointing experience with this AC repair service. They didn't show up on time, left a mess, and didn't fix the problem. Had to call another company to get it done right - poor service and workmanship.
The techs came quickly. The air conditioners were installed with little explanation since the techs had no English. The units work but the work looks sloppy and unattractive. Everything is stuck together with too much glue, which they left everywhere. Very disappointing, and very expensive.
Fast and efficient HVAC service. Highly recommend!"
