A warning I would give to all, do not buy a generator or use this company. Once they took my large deposit I waited 6 months to get any info on my *******generator. The company kept coming up with all kinds of excuses. I had to do everything myself making contact with the plumbers, electricians and getting my own permits. The only contact I ever received was for the follow up on payment. This was by far the worst experience with a company I have ever had to deal with. If I could give this company negative stars I would! They are horrible and whatever you do do not use them! I chose them because they were local but they turned out to be a disaster. When they installed the generator they didn't do the wiring right and it would only run on the battery for three days and then not work. I complained during a power outage and FINALLY after going without power for over a week (except the generator battery) they finally discovered it had been wired improperly.
