I have been using Greenwich Pool for over 5 years having switched from a competitor. They are professional, expert on the equipment side, and good value. When upgrading equipment I never felt upsold unlike with competitors and they are very responsive to issues.

my pool is basically never perfect. they skip the hot tub, and when i ask them about it they just walk away while saying “duuuuude”. when i called the supreme leader of greenwich pool service about this ongoing issue, he told me he asked his worker about it and the worker replied “i do not recall.” i mean, basically.

Throwing around equipment, not following up on possible issues, Fridays are never covered, people working for them may sit for an hour in their car and then walk the pool for 5 min, after more than 10 years of having them service our pool this year they hit the lowest possible level of customer service See the pic of our poll - a green mess

Greenwich Pool Service has been helping us for almost 20 years, and they are wonderful to deal with.
