Elegant Promises, Devastating Reality We were among the first families when this facility opened, drawn in by its beautiful presentation and promises of dignity and compassionate care. This aged care facility is absolutely terrible. The place is always severely understaffed, which means residents’ needs are constantly neglected. Staff members are pushed to the limit every single day, struggling to cope with impossible workloads. Because there are not enough workers, care for each resident is rushed and careless.
