Tried to make an appointment as a self pay patient because they do not accept medicaid. Receptionist said they can not accept my money because I have medicaid. I made it clear I would not be going thru insurance or try to submit later. She still refused and gave me no reason just said they can't.I honestly felt like they are be completely prejudice against medicaid/ husky patients. I work in the optical industry for 16 years and never herd of this. I feel they just don't want to deal with any one that has thus insurance.
Thorough, explains everything clearly and very kind and compassionate. Everyone in our family sees him!
Dr. Potter is the doctor to see if you have focusing problems and need a prism. He is thorough, thoughtful, and really cares about his patients. He's terrific with both kids and adults.
So lucky to have Dr. Potter in our area! Excellent pediatric specialist who made an eye exam for our toddler fun and (seemingly) easy!
