I have been working with thee folks for many years and was pleased with the results. Apparently, they had a fire in January or February. I had mailed to them items to be polished and have confirmed with the post office that they were delivered. I don't know if my things were destroyed in the fire or what happened to them. No one appears to be able to get a response for me and my items have never been returned to me.
